Cooking with the Moms

2014 was a breakout year for kale! This humble cruciferous vegetble, which comes in a whopping 50 varieties, made its way into the hearts and stomachs of families everywhere. In fact, we don't know too many kids out there who didn't tried a kale chip or two this year. Joining us on the show this week is Catherine Walthers, author of KALE GLORIOUS KALE, who tells us everything there is to know about kale--- storing and prepping tips, creative ideas for adding it to everything from granola to soups to salads, why kale loves to be massaged---and she also shares her recipe for Potato Kale Latkes. You won't want to miss this show.
